Edificios abandonados en Japón
España tiene unos 44 millones de habitantes y Japón casi 3 veces más, 127 millones más o menos, si a esto le sumamos que España es bastante más grande que Japón, podemos deducir que el suelo en el país del sol naciente está muy muy repartido… Con estos datos en la mano, no entiendo que haya tantos edificios y construcciones abandonadas en Japón…
Supongo que será por varios motivos, la especulación o los cambios de población a las grandes zonas urbanas, pero al margen de ello, las imágenes tienen un atractivo innegable, transmiten soledad, inquietud, curiosidad y recuerdan a películas de terror e incluso a paisajes devastados por un ataque nuclear…

Hasta que los precios empezaron a bajar.
Hoy, tras más de 15 años seguidos de bajadas de precio de la vivienda, los precios medios son más baratos en Japón que en España.
Muchos pensamos que en España llevamos el mismo camino ¿cuando empezarán las rebajas?

Eso eso, que empiecen las rebajas aquí en España… En Japón puede que los precios hayan bajado, pero en Tokio están por las nubes…
Un buen amigo que vivió allí todo el año pasado me comentó que comprarse un piso es prácticamente imposible…
